purchased from eBay December 2014.
In 2015, I bought a collection of old and sometimes work drawings, prints and newspaper cuttings relating to Jimmy Kays, who had been a miner in Horden Colliery in the early years of the twentieth century. I embarked on a research project to discover more about Jimmy Kays. This project records the images and the results f my research.
The originals were donated to the Gemini collection and are now housed in archive conditions in the Mining Art Gallery in Bishop Auckland.
